Incorrect Passphrase

If X-IM is not accepting a passphrase you believe to be correct, check the "Caps Lock" button on your keyboard. Passphrases are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as originally created.

If you have lost your passphrase, we have no way to recover it for you. As part of the practices necessary to maintain the security of the X-IM network, your only recourse for a lost passphrase is to re-register with a different email address. Free email addresses can be obtained from many free web-based email services (e.g. yahoo.com, hotmail.com, etc.)
