Enter your passphrase in the box provided and click the "OK" button. If you have lost your passphrase, we have no way to recover it for you. As part of the practices necessary to maintain the security of the X-IM network, your only recourse for a lost passphrase is to re-register with a different email address. Free email addresses can be obtained from many free web-based email services (e.g. yahoo.com, hotmail.com, etc.)

Passphrases are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as originally created. If the X-IM is not accepting the passphrase that you are entering, check the "Caps Lock" button on your keyboard.

If you wish to cancel the log in process click the "Exit" button or press the "Esc" key on your keyboard.
